Base plan for residential and commercial owners alike. Contact us if you would like a plan specifically tailored to your needs. Notice: This plan already includes a NUVE Thermostat, however, you can request to have it removed from your plan.

2 scheduled visits per year (every 6 months) for both amenities, covering the following:

For Steam Generators:

Internal cleaning and descaling of mineral buildup

Inspection of electrodes and water tank

Valve and auto-drain inspection

Water level sensor check

Testing of thermostats, pressure switches, and controls

Electrical Testing and current draw verification

For Saunas:

Cleaning of hearing elements and temperature sensors

Fan lubrications (if applicable)

Control panel and timer inspection

Electrical connections and safety check

Both include:

Detailed technical report after each visit

Professional recommendations in case of detected faults

Priority support for parts or repairs if needed
